What is Bulldog Park?
Bulldog Park is the only upscale RV facility designed and built for the University of Georgia sports fans. Each space is individually owned and is available for the owner's use throughout the year. - Facility offers many amenities that are not currently available to the RV owner in Athens.

What are Bulldog Park's amenities?
The park will provide the ownership with the following amenities:
- * Oversize site with room for the RV and two automobiles
- * Full hookups for electrical, sewer, water and Direct TV
- * Pavilion with climate controlled restrooms and showers
- * Entertainment area with game day entertainment.
- * BBQ'S and picnic table areas
- * Playground
- * 15-20 minute shuttle service to and from the stadium beginning two hours before kickoff
- * Attendants for the restrooms and picnic areas on game days
- * Key entry to the facility and on-site security staff
- * Professionally landscaped

Who are some of the owners in the company developing Bulldog Park?
Kevin Butler: Place kicker for the University of Georgia, Chicago Bears and Arizona Cardinals. Member of the Chicago Bears 1985 Super Bowl team and the only kicker ever inducted into the College Hall of Fame. Kevin was inducted in 2001. David Greene: Quarterback for the University of Georgia and the Kansas City Chiefs. David started an NCAA record 52 consecutive games and holds multiple passing records at the University of Georgia that includes most passing yards and touchdown passes. David also holds the NCAA record for most wins as a quarterback. David Pollack: Defensive lineman for the University of Georgia and outside linebacker for the Cincinnati Bengals. During his college career David received many honors that included being a 3 time All-American and recipient of the Rotary Lombardi award as the nation's top lineman in his senior year.

Where is Bulldog Park be located?
- In Athens Clarke County on Hancock Industrial Way. (adjacent to Olympic Dr.), 10-15 minutes away from the stadium.
- The park has easy access to the loop on game day, as Olympic Drive feeds directly on to the loop.
- Bulldog Park covers 18 acres, which includes enough space for guest parking.

What is the route to and from Sanford Stadium?
Bulldog Park has a preferred shuttle route to the stadium. Our buses drop off and pick up on Jackson Street, and they will be available for our owners and guests to return to the park at halftime.

How long does it take the shuttle to get from Bulldog Park to the Stadium?
The ride to the stadium should take 10 to 15 minutes on game day, and the return ride should take 15 minutes.

Is it difficult to sell or lease my space?
Each Bulldog Park owner has the ability to lease, sell, or gift their space just like a traditional real estate purchase

Who watches over my investment when I am not there?
Landmark Properties manages the facility, and they may be reached at (706) 543-1910 or (706) 351-1063. . Their offices are open Monday thru Friday and the contact person is Tiffany Gross. On weekends please contact Chris Thomas at 706-713-1884.

What are each owner's ongoing costs for the park?
- The annual Common area fee covers facility upkeep and management, and is $500 per owner.
- Each owner is responsible for his or her estimated property tax of approx. $400 per year.
- Electrical, water, sewer is set at an approximate cost of $300 per year.

Can I finance this?

What is the relationship with the UGA Athletic Department?
The Athletic Department is supportive of this project and believes it provides RV Owners with an outstanding option for game day. Bulldog Park is an official licensee of the University of Georgia Athletic Association.
